Processing is based on Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR: processing is necessary to take steps at your request prior to entering into a contract, or on Article 6(1)(f) where communication is necessary for our legitimate interest in responding to your enquiry.
Retention period
Contact form messages are retained for as long as necessary to handle the enquiry and any follow-up, up to a maximum of two years. Survey responses are retained for the duration of the project and for up to one year afterwards, unless a longer period is required by law.
Your rights
