Integrity and independence
Natalia Sánchez holds voluntary and appointed roles in sport. Empiria is her independent practice. Four rules keep the two apart.
- 1.
Interests are declared.
Positions and interests are declared in writing to the bodies she serves, and updated whenever they change.
- 2.
No paid work where she holds a role.
Empiria provides no paid services at events where Natalia holds an institutional role, other than the role itself.
- 3.
Roles are experience, not endorsement.
References to World Skate, the IOC or other organisations describe roles held. They are never offered as an endorsement of Empiria.
- 4.
Free means free.
Training delivered under non-commercial terms, such as the IOC Train the Trainers programme, is never invoiced.
Related parties
Empilar Skate is run by three partners: Natalia, her husband and photographer Leandro Terrile. Fundación Social y Deportiva Marul is run by members of her husband’s family; Natalia has no position on its board. These relationships are declared as interests, not presented as clients.
