Who we are and where we come from.
Empiria Global was founded in Copenhagen with a simple conviction: institutions in complex environments need advisers who can both design and deliver. We bridge governance, diplomacy and execution.
Our story
From quiet advisory to cross-border implementation.
Empiria Global is the Danish practice of Natalia Patricia Sánchez, registered in Copenhagen in September 2025 as a sole proprietorship, CVR 45886085. Through it she contracts with international sport bodies and with private companies.
The practice rests on twenty years inside sport: a club and a 900 m² skatepark founded in Córdoba, two national championships produced every year since 2014, a World Skate commission chaired since 2020, and Games-time work at Paris 2024. Danish corporate clients work with her on marketing and on adopting technology and AI.

Empiria Global was founded on a simple observation: experience without structure does not scale.
Institutions operating under political, reputational or multi-stakeholder pressure require more than intention. They require architecture.
Our work translates lived expertise into governance frameworks, operational models and strategic positioning structures capable of sustaining long-term legitimacy.
