Technical courses
Technical courses for the development of women in sport.
Two contractable roles: course direction, and delivery as an expert, coaching, judging, safeguarding and governance for federations and national committees.
Course direction covers curriculum, selection of participants and experts, technical standards, certification and reporting to whoever funds the programme.
Delivery as an expert happens on site, with coaches, judges and committees, and is built around the barriers that actually end women's careers in sport: technical certification, safeguarding, access to decision-making bodies and the transition from athlete to leadership.
Courses have been delivered in more than nine countries: Uganda, South Africa, Poland, Puerto Rico, the Dominican Republic, Mexico, Peru, Chile, Colombia, Argentina, Spain and the United States; several of them under World Skate and Olympic Solidarity.
Direction
Curriculum, expert selection, standards, certification and reporting to the funder.
Expert delivery
On-site technical, judging and safeguarding training, in English or Spanish.
Committees & mentoring
Forming national commissions and accompanying the women who will lead them.
