Empiria Global is the practice of Natalia Patricia Sánchez: governance, safeguarding and institutional delivery inside the Olympic Movement and beyond.
Empiria Global speaks as a company, and that is deliberate: institutions contract structures, not personalities. But a signature stands behind every mandate.
Natalia Patricia Sánchez has worked inside international sport since 2019 as Athlete Liaison and Safeguarding Officer for World Skate, on site at the Olympic Games Paris 2024 and across the Olympic Qualifier Series. She chairs the federation's Gender Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Commission and holds MEMOS XXVI, the IOC executive programme in sport organisation management.
Before the institutions came the ground: a club and a 900 m² skatepark built without public funding, two national championships every year since 2014, and technical courses delivered in more than nine countries across Africa, the Americas and Europe.
