What is delivered
- •Written safeguarding protocol for the venue, with local language summary
- •Standardised parental consent and emergency contact form
- •On-site athlete welfare point of contact for the duration of the competition
- •Post-event report: participation by gender and country, proportion of minors, incidents recorded
Why it survives an audit
- •Fixed fee, no travel, accommodation or per diem claimed
- •Protocol delivered as venue property, reusable for any subsequent competition at the same facility at no additional cost
- •Invoiced from Denmark under EU reverse charge, Article 196 of Directive 2006/112/EC
- •Does not include IOC certified training, which is provided under a non-commercial educational licence and cannot be invoiced
